The Research Administrators Certification Council (RACC) will accept contact hours (one contact hour per hour of participation) for attending the Symposium.
How to Receive Credit for In-Person Sessions
- Pick-up a RACC Session Tracking form at the Registration table.
- After each session, remember to pick up an ATTENDED slip.
- At the registration table, turn-in the attended slips to receive a stamp for all sessions attended and confirmed with the slips.
- If you are ONLY attending in-person sessions during the 2024 Symposium, after your last session, turn-in your completed RACC tracking form at the registration table.
- If you are also attending virtual sessions, hold on to your completed RACC Session Tracking form and upload it with an online submission of the RACC Request Form.
How to Receive Credit for Virtual Sessions
- Complete the Zoom attendance poll and enter your full name and email. The moderator will release the poll at the end of the presentation.
- Complete the RACC Request Form on the website after the entire event ends.
If you forget to turn in your RACC Session Tracking form, you will be able to scan and upload it to the RACC Request Form. Visit the RACC FAQs page for more information and forms. Your request must be submitted after the event is complete. You will receive a letter verifying your participation in all sessions you attended either in person or virtual.
